We have built good relationships with our medical and local partners on the island to ensure care in seamless.
Care costs but don't delay the discussion. Our minimum package is our 5 hour package. The quality of care never changes. Just the length of time care is given.
OurCare Carriacou
Morning (7am - 12pm).
- Personal Care / grooming
- A breakfast cooked fresh daily.
- Menu recommendation.
- We will remind you take your medication as prescribed by your doctor.
- Care Management via our App.
- 30 mins of Light exercise or walk - ability dependent - this will be risk assessed.
- Light cleaning
- Washing once per week - or as necessary
- Clinic visit if possible accompanied by your carer
- Doctors visit once per month
- Home Risk Assessment
- Valuables inventory
- Care Plan management via the App.
- A surprise for your birthday🎂
Security Cameras in your home are strongly advised. These can be supplied and fitted.

Care Carriacou Afternoon 12pm-5pm
- Freshly prepared nutritional lunch (call to discuss our menu suggestions)
- A light snack preparation (see suggestion).
- Freshly cooked evening meal.
- We will remind you to take your prescribed evening medication if required.
- Light 30 min exercise/walking per visit
- Light cleaning
- Washing service once per week or as required
- A doctors visit once per month.
- Basic routine Urine sample testing.
- Care management via the App
- Home Risk Assessment /inventory
- Care Assessment and Care Plan
- Personal care/preparation for settling down for the evening as required.
- Medication reminder if required.
- A gift for your birthday 🎂
Care Carriacou All day 8am - 4pm Package.
- Personal care / grooming.
- Breakfast,Lunch, Snacks and evening meal preparation.
- Light exercise/ walking or chosen meaningful activity.
- Care Assessment and Care Plan.
- Access to Care Management via our App.

- Assistance with food shopping.
- Doctor home visit 1 x per month.
- Washing, drying and ironing of laundry.
- Light cleaning daily to maintain a good house standard.
- Social activities - scheduled with family/friends.
- Basic regular clinic Urine sample testing.

- You can also visit the beach once per month with your carers or a friend- subject to your Doctors assessment and your mobility/medical needs.
